AvoraCap is run by Shaik Sajid, a sole proprietor in Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This page explains what the service collects, why, and who else it passes through. Questions go to support@avoracaptions.com.
The important part: your video never reaches us. The video file stays in your browser. It is decoded, captioned and exported on your own device. The only thing that leaves is a small, compressed copy of the audio, which has to be sent out to be transcribed.
What we collect

What we never collect
- Your video. It is not uploaded, not stored, not seen.
- Your card details. These are entered on the payment gateway's own page. We receive only a payment reference and its status.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who else processes it
To provide the service we pass specific data to these providers, and no more than each one needs:

Some of these are outside India, so your audio and transcript may be processed abroad. By using the service you consent to that transfer. Each provider is bound by its own agreement with us to use the data only to deliver the service.
What is stored in your browser
AvoraCap keeps a few things in your browser's own storage rather than on a server: your caption projects for each video, your chosen template and style, your sign-in session if you have an account, any fonts you upload, and the random device identifier. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support@avoracaptions.com from the address on the account and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved projects and usage records; payment records are kept where law requires. Signed-in users can also delete individual saved projects from inside the app at any time.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Accounts and data sit behind row-level security, so one account's data cannot be read by another. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
Children
AvoraCap is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be announced on this page.
