AvoraCap ProRes export — open source notice ============================================ The files prores.js and prores.wasm in this folder contain the Apple ProRes encoder ("prores_ks", written by Kostya Shishkov and contributors) and the parts of libavcodec and libavutil it needs, all from FFmpeg 9.0.1, compiled to WebAssembly (with SIMD) with Emscripten 6.0.9. They are used only for AvoraCap's "Captions only, ProRes 4444" export, in your browser. FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 or later (LGPL-2.1+). https://ffmpeg.org/legal.html This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2.1 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. The module is loaded as a separate file and can be replaced by your own build. To rebuild it or relink against a modified FFmpeg: 1. Get the FFmpeg 9.0.1 source: https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-9.0.1.tar.xz (SHA-256 cf38e0e28c7e5605942c4a77755349b0145804a397af37eb1fb4c77cb237f635) 2. Install Emscripten (https://emscripten.org). 3. Run build.sh from this folder next to the unpacked source. It configures FFmpeg with only the prores_ks encoder, compiles it, and links it with prores_wasm.c (AvoraCap's small wrapper, also in this folder, which you may use under the same LGPL terms). No changes were made to FFmpeg's source.
